In an effort to give back to our local communities, SMI organizes and participates in a variety of
charity events both independently and in affiliation with the Dunkin’ Donuts charity, Joy in
Childhood foundation as well as various others. Helping our neighboring communities is at the

Sousa Management, Inc. is a family-owned and operated management company that was
created in 1992. SMI owns and operates a number of Dunkin’ Donuts shops throughout Palm
Beach and Broward Counties.
