All content and data provided are owned by Sousa Management and managed by Device Overhaul. All content posted is not for reuse purposes and is not made to be saved. All content included these terms and conditions will/can be updated/changed at any time without notice.
SECTION 2. – APPLICATION/APPLY
All applications are processed through the Sousa Management website and forwarded to Sousa Management General Managers/Management. They will never be sent/transferred outside of Sousa Management unless stated. When selecting submit, you agree to all terms and conditions along with sending personal data to Sousa Management. All employment is employment at will and not all applications are subject to be reviewed within any time range.
SECTION 3. – DATA/PERSONAL DATA
During the application process, we will collect personal data. The same data as the paper application is used in the online application. Personal data is never shared with any outside business or personnel. All application data is stored up to one year after submission unless the applicant is hired than data may be stored during the length of employment. Device Overhaul LLC manages the website and domain of Sousa Management. Device Overhaul is also open to all data stored and collected. Device Overhaul LLC terms and conditions for personal data storage can be found on their website. www.deviceoverhaul.com. Device Overhaul will ever move/view/manage any data collected by any application or website unless stated.
